Information about Vyas Trikatu Churna (100g):

Vyas Trikatu Churna (100g) 100% genuine product.

The Sanskrit term from which the word Trikatu originates means three, and the word Katu refers to spicy and fragrant herbs. A traditional herbal remedy called trikatu is made up of equal parts of three bitter herbs. This Churna is made of dried fruits of Piper nigrum (Kali Mirch), Piper longum (Pippali), and dried Zingiber officinale (Saunth). Trikatu Churna is vital for bringing the respiratory and digestive tract’s inflamed Kapha into balance. Additionally, it increases appetite and aids in food digestion by encouraging the stomach to create digestive enzymes.

It works best when eaten with honey and lukewarm water. Due to its strong heat potency, Trikatu Churna should be used with caution as it might exacerbate gastritis and produce a burning sensation at higher dosages.

Benefits of Trikatu Churna:

1. Cough
In Ayurveda, a cough is referred to as Kapha problem and is extremely frequent. The buildup of mucus in the respiratory tract is usually the cause. Herbs like Trikatu Churna are useful for treating colds and coughs. It facilitates cough control, mucus discharge, and airway clearance, enabling unrestricted breathing for the patient. Its ability to balance Kapha is the reason behind this.

Use 1/4 tsp of Trikatu Churna and 1-2 tsp of honey as a tip.
Combine the ingredients and take one or two servings per day to alleviate cough symptoms.

2. Distress
Indigestion is called Agnimandya in Ayurveda and is caused by an imbalance in Pitta dosha. Indigestion results from Ama (toxic residues in the body from incorrect digestion), which is formed whenever food is not fully digested because of Mand Agni (low digestive fire). One of the best Ayurvedic churnas for treating indigestion is Trikatu Churna. Because of its Deepan (appetizer) and Pachan (digestive) qualities, it can help alleviate the symptoms of indigestion.

3. Allergies
The inflammatory disease known as asthma causes the lungs’ airways to constrict and bulge. It may cause coughing and difficulty breathing. Vata and Kapha are the primary doshas associated with asthma, according to Ayurveda. The disturbed “Kapha dosha” in the lungs mixes with the vitiated “Vata” to clog the respiratory tract. It makes breathing harder as a result. Swas Roga (asthma) is the name given to this ailment. Breathing becomes easier when Trikatu Churna eliminates extra mucus from the lungs and balances Kapha.

4. Being overweight
One of the two conditions that can lead to obesity is poor eating habits or insufficient exercise.
This illness is characterized by indigestion that causes an excess of fat to accumulate as Ama, or toxic residues left behind from poor digestion. Obesity results from an imbalance of Meda Dhatu caused by this. Because Trikatu Churna has both Deepan (appetizer) and Pachan (digestion) qualities, it aids in the treatment of obesity by breaking down Ama. Moreover, it aids in enhancing metabolism, which helps to further prevent fat.

4. Syndrome of irritable bowel
A prevalent condition that mostly affects the large intestine of the digestive system is irritable bowel syndrome, or IBS. Constipation, diarrhea, bloating, gas, and cramping in the abdomen are possible side effects. It is caused by an imbalance of Pachak Agni (digestive fire), as per Ayurveda. Trikatu Churna’s Deepan (appetizer) and Pachan (digestive) qualities aid to enhance Pachak Agni and lessen IBS symptoms.
